A repair service for those who cannot make it to either of our locations
If you are unable to drop by our stores you can mail-in or courier your phone for repair. All repairs are backed by our 180-day warranty and are generally completed the within one business day from the point of receipt of the phone except in rare cases when parts are not in stock, the fault cannot be duplicated or there are challenges in diagnosing the issue.

You can also email or write on a piece of paper the required information if you are not able to print the form. If possible, we recommend that you backup any essential data that you have on the phone as there is always a risk that the data may be wiped or corrupted when flashing, repairing or fixing the phoneDownload and complete the mail-in repair form
Ship the phone to our Vancouver location
Package up the phone securely with your repair form included and ship to:

We will examine the phone, hook it up to our test equipment and provide you a free estimate. If you choose to go ahead with the repair we will fix the phone and call you for a secure credit card payment over the phone.
Upon receipt of payment the phone will be shipped back via the same method you shipped it using a supplied prepaid envelope. A $15 return shipping fee will be applied if no prepaid envelope is supplied.
