Once the repair is completed and upon receipt of payment the phone will be shipped back using a supplied prepaid envelope to the courier of your choice (Fedex, UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, etc)

A $15 return shipping fee will be applied if no prepaid envelope is supplied unless alternate shipping has been arranged. Our method of shipping is Canada Post Express which includes a tracking number and shipping usually takes 2 to 3 business days. The package comes with a standard $100 insurance in case of loss or damage however additional insurance can be purchased.
