We opened our second location in 2011 on the border of Port Moody / Coquitlam and then sold that location in early 2016. I had the best experience in a repair shop ever here. they explained all the costs up front and left nothing secretive like mechanics or computer repair places do. the front guy was friendly and helpful, and the technician repairing my phone came out and talked to me directly about the issues I had and explained it simple enough for me to understand. highly recommended!
My iPhone screen was shattered to bits and Apple Store had refused to fix it (offered another phone instead). I had given up on fixing it until I decided to try VanCell before getting a new phone. For a reasonable price, Jeff offered to fix the phone and told me that he would test the phone prior to replacing the phone in order to avoid unnecessary cost. The phone was fixed completely and looks good as new now. I would definitely recommend this place!
Excellent service, very friendly and quick! This was my first time here and I will definitely use them again should I have any future problems with our company phones. I was in and out within 30 minutes getting a shattered iPhone screen replaced. This was also by far very affordable compared to other quotes I had gotten.
Had my phone repaired at another company. It would work for a few days then stop. Finally I got frustrated and took it to Vancell. They said this was a common problem on the S4 and there is not a fix for it. They really seemed to know everything about the phone. I appreciate the honesty and time explaining it to me. They didn’t charge me anything but I can assure you I will be back when something breaks on my new phone!
